✅ Responsibilities
Maintain and update HR databases & trackers
Manage employee data, documents and records
Support backend recruitment tasks & documentation
Assist in preparing reports and HR MIS support
Coordinate with HR team for internal processes
Handle day-to-day admin and HR support tasks
🎓 Who Can Apply
Freshers / 0–6 months HR experience
Strong Excel & data management skills preferred
Good communication & attention to detail
Eager to learn and support HR operations
