Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Source candidates through various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna and Shine).
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR functions as needed.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
01 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internships included).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and HR databases.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A proactive and positive attitude toward learning and team collaboration.
