Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Apprentice for a 6-month period, focusing on recruitment. As an HR Apprentice, you will assist with administrative tasks, recruitment efforts, and learn the ins and outs of the HR function.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including:
- Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and databases
- Supporting the development of job postings and advertisements
- Perform administrative tasks, such as:
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Collaborate with other HR team members on special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduates
- 0-1 year of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
