Managing day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
Handling end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
Managing attendance, leave tracking, and daily shift rosters.
Supporting statutory compliance and employee engagement activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
