Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely communication and redirection.
Schedule appointments, maintain the meeting room calendar, and coordinate logistics.
Oversee front-office supplies, documentation, and correspondence management.
Support the HR/Admin team with clerical and coordination tasks when needed.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the reception area at all times.
Requirements
Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in front office, reception, or administrative support roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office tools.
Polished, pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality and composure under pressure.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in real estate, corporate offices, or hospitality environments.
Team player with an organized, detail-oriented attitude.
Positive demeanor and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
