Role: Domestic IT Recruiter
Experience: 1‑3 years (Full‑cycle recruitment for IT roles)
Location: Bangalore (5 Days Work from Office )
Full‑cycle recruitment for domestic (India) IT hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, offer & onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements (tech stack, level, skills, culture).
Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
Maintain candidate pipelines, track metrics & report hiring progress.
Negotiate offers, ensure candidate experience is smooth.
Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech hiring.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong sourcing skills: Boolean searches, portals, LinkedIn etc.
Proactive, organized, able to manage multiple open roles.
Experience with or ability to learn applicant tracking tools / recruitment dashboards is a plus.
