Key Responsibilities:
* Follow up with customers after ticket closure
* Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
* Track pending issues and coordinate with internal teams
* Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams
* Maintain strong customer relationships
* Share status & escalation reports with management
* Support renewal/AMC follow-ups and upselling
Requirements:
* Strong communication & coordination skills
* Proactive with excellent follow-up ability
* Customer-focused and well-organized
* Experience in customer support/customer success preferre
