Position Summary
Analysis and Foundation design of Transmission tower structures, different monopole structures, pile foundations, sub-station civil structure and foundations, building design (RCC/PEB), precast foundations, well foundations, raft foundations, H-Piles, Grillage foundations etc.
Position Demands
Travelling to Multiple sites as per requirement.
Critical Success Factors - Essential
MS/M tech Civil Engg / Structural Engg
Experience on designing complex foundations for different types of soil conditions.
Foundation, pile design Software
BID Engg & Project Engg
10-15 Years of experience in Civil foundation, geo technical, Soil dynamics with either Developer or EPC companies.
Critical Success Factors - Desirable
Should have independently worked as CIVIL TL/RE ENGG
Should have exposure to Global technologies used in foundations.
Knowledge of Substation Civil Engg.
Knowledge of complete Indian/international codal requirements in civil Engg.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Shall be able to explore worlds best civil foundations methods, evaluate global Engg capabilities, understand how to use in Indian TL/RE projects.
Shall be able to value add in bid designs to optimise foundation volumes, suggest different techniques for analysis of soil parameters, Pile, well driving and soil stabilizations methodologies.
Shall be able to give technical opinion for various project related civil issues during implementation stage if the concrete samples fail the required parameters, core cutting, NDT tests etc.
Help developing Mobile Test labs for soil & concrete.
