We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Business Development with a strong background in PR or Digital agencies. The ideal candidate should be confident in client acquisition, pitching, and managing end-to-end business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert new business opportunities within PR/digital domains.
Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing teams, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for client requirements.
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Manage the complete BD cycle—from lead generation to closure.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
3–6 years of Business Development experience in a PR or Digital agency.
Strong understanding of agency services, campaign structures, and client expectations.
Proven success in winning new business or managing BD pipelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to create proposals, pitch decks, and customized solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
