Job Responsibility:
* Responsible for sourcing the right candidates as per clients requirements through various sourcing channels like Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Head hunting, etc.,
* Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
* Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Understanding the company requirement and work accordingly
* Responsible for the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening resumes, interviewing, co-ordinate technical tests & interviews, negotiating the offers and follow up till the candidates join).
Required Skills/Competencies:
* Educational Qualification: MBA (HR), MA(HRM), BBA, BA , B.Com.
* Should have good communication skills.
* Should have the passion for recruitment and other functionalities of HR.
* Ability to face challenges and take over responsibility.
