Role: Technical Recruiter
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Onsite)..We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT technologies while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
1 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sourcing for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, SAP, and other IT skill sets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in contract staffing or permanent staffing is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
