Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
- Source candidates through Linkedln, Naukri, referrals, and other
channels
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Drive offer, joining, and onboarding processes
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of vacancies
Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
