What We're Looking For:
✅ 1–5 years of experience in Recruitment
✅ Strong sourcing expertise across job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels
✅ Experience hiring for engineering and technology roles
✅ Experience hiring for SaaS, B2B, B2C, Deep Tech, Semiconductor or Manufacturing companies will be an added advantage
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
