What you'll do:
✅ Learn end-to-end recruitment — sourcing to onboarding
✅ Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster & more
✅ Screen resumes & assist in HR interviews
✅ Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams
✅ Maintain candidate pipelines & ATS records
✅ Build strong relationships with candidates & stakeholders
