0 Source potential candidates through job portals (Naultri. Linkedln. etc).
social media. and employee relenals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified canxidates based on job requisitions ‘
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate availability,
skill lit. and salary expectations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring manager:
Maintain and Update candidate databases and tracker sheets.
Assist in onboarding tasks and HR administrative activities.KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education: completed Graduation i Post-Graduation
(MBA in HR preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal shits
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and )ob portals.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel. Word).
Abiiity to wort: RIB-time from our office in
Banjara Hilx, Hyderabad.
