Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and
feedback Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databasesSupport onboarding and joining formalities
Assist in employee engagement and HR activities
M Handle basic HR documentation and reporting
Eligibility Criteria:
Completed MBA/ Degree in HR or related field
Good communication skills in English
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office is an added advantage
