We are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our HR team in Bangalore.
Experience- 6 months - 2.5 yrs
Location - Bangalore
Experience in recruitment, with strong sourcing skills in Networking, Security or Storage domains.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles for the clients .
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing skills in Networking, Security, or Storage domains
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple task.
