Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles
Help maintain candidate data and records using HR systems and tools
Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives to enhance company culture
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and tailor recruiting efforts accordingly
Requirements
Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business , or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general tech-savviness
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Rs 10000 Stipend amount will be given on monthly.
