๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ :
โกAssist in workforce planning and resource allocation.
โกAnalyze data to forecast staffing needs.
โกCollaborate with teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
โกSupport scheduling, performance tracking, and HR coordination.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ :
โถ๏ธ Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
โถ๏ธ Strong analytical and communication skills.
โถ๏ธ Good organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
โถ๏ธ Good understanding of workforce management tools (e.g., Kronos, Workforce Now, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
