Requirements:
1) B.com and MBA HR preferred candidates.
2) Good communication skills (Hindi and Malayalam will be an added advantage)
3) Interest in recruitment & people coordination
4) Ability to understand job requirements and speak to candidates and Agents as well.
5) Should be willing to make multiple calls daily
6) Basic MS Office knowledge and Canva (To create poster)
7) Willing to learn Blue Collar hiring process.
