Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-3 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across BFSI, BPO, KPO, and IT domains. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and facilitate offer roll-out and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) are achieved.
Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding.
