and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with clients and candidates
to ensure smooth hiring.
Follow up with selected candidates
until joining.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets
within the given timelines.Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience
in recruitment/ HR recruitment.
Good communication and
interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and
follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently
and meet recruitment targets.
a Knowledge ofjob portals and basic
recruitment processes will be an
