We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiter - Freshers who are
eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources. This role offers
hands~on experience in recruitment. talent acquisition, and HR
operations, with mentorship from experienced professionals.
. Key Responsibilities
~Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals,
Linkedln, and referrals
~Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
~Support end-to-end recruitment cycle for entry-level and mid-level
positions
~Malntain recruitment databases and prepare reports
~Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Desired Skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be
provided)
-Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals
o Qualifications
~Bachelor's degree in HR. Business Administration, or related field
~Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are
welcome
