🔍 What you’ll do:
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn & other channels
Screen profiles & conduct initial HR calls
Coordinate interviews & manage candidate pipeline
Support assessment tracking and follow-ups
🎯 Who we’re looking for:
3–6 months experience in IT recruitment (internship)
Strong communication & coordination skills
Basic understanding of IT roles (Java, UI, Testing, etc.)
