About Moolya

Moolya is a software testing product & services company that believes great quality comes from great people. We help our clients build better products through thoughtful, context-driven testing, and we know that our culture is what makes that possible. We're looking for someone who cares about people as much as we care about quality.

About the Role

As an HR Executive in our People & Culture team, you'll help shape the everyday experience of every Moolya team member. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who's energized by people, enjoys getting things done, and wants to make a visible impact on how a company feels from the inside.

What We're Looking For

* Event management: Hands-on experience or a background in planning and running events, such as cultural fests, team celebrations, or community gatherings, from concept to execution.

* Employee engagement: A genuine interest in creating experiences that make people feel valued and connected.

* Cultural integration: Sensitivity to how people from different backgrounds, teams, and working styles come together, and the skill to help them do so smoothly.

* Interpersonal skills: You build trust easily, communicate clearly, and are comfortable talking with people at every level.

* Execution skills: You're organized, detail-oriented, and good at turning ideas into events, processes, and outcomes that actually happen.

What You'll Do

• Plan and run employee engagement initiatives such as team events, recognition programs, celebrations, and feedback forums that keep people connected and motivated.

• Act as a trusted, approachable point of contact for team members, listening with empathy while staying fair, objective, and consistent.

• Gather feedback through surveys, check-ins, and conversations, and turn insights into practical action plans.

• Coordinate with managers and leadership on people initiatives, and follow through on commitments until they're closed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, people operations, employee engagement, or a related area (internships count).

• A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort with basic tools like Google Workspace or MS Office
