🎓 Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage attendance, payroll inputs, MIS, and employee records.
• Coordinate ESI, PF, GPA, and statutory compliance support.
• Issue ID cards, manage biometric access, and HR documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
