🎓 Qualification: • MSW / MBA (HR)
💼 Experience: • 1–3 Years of Relevant Experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Maintain labour records (Personal Files, Attendance & Wage Registers) • Handle statutory compliances – ESI, PF, BOCW, IF & ISM • Coordinate with contractor labour management • Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation • Support labour inspections, audits, and statutory compliance activities
🔹 Skills & Requirements: • Good knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) • Strong documentation and coordination skills
Spoken Hindi is Mandatory
Experience in the Garments Export Industry will be an added advantage
