Job Title: AR caller
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 to 3 Yrs ( Hospital Billing & Physician Billing)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days.
We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Caller with 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for managing provider/hospital accounts receivable, handling denials, and ensuring timely follow-up with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle Accounts Receivable for US Healthcare providers, physicians, and hospitals
✅ Work closely with the Team Leader to meet process objectives
✅ Ensure all deliverables meet client quality standards
✅ Analyze and resolve denials, rejections, and LOA-related issues
✅ Perform claim corrections and resubmit claims as required
✅ Call insurance carriers to follow up on claim status and payments
Required Skills & Qualifications
☑️ 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / Medical Billing
☑️ Good understanding of Denials Management and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
☑️ Strong communication skills
